Ordering & Payment

Shipping & Delivery

Once we receive your payment, we will start processing your order within 3:10 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping service. Please note that any delays from the shipping company are beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you need to return or exchange an item, you can do so within 14 days of receiving it. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging intact. Unfortunately, custom-made items cannot be returned. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Sizes & Custom Orders

Please check our size guide before ordering. If you’re ordering a custom Apaya, make sure to provide accurate measurements.

Defective or Order Cancellations
You can try the item while the delivery agent waits. The maximum waiting time is 10 minutes.

الشحن والتوصيل

بمجرد استلام الدفعة، نبدأ في تجهيز طلبك خلال 3 إلى 10 أيام عمل. يعتمد وقت التوصيل على موقعك وخدمة الشحن المستخدمة. يرجى ملاحظة أن أي تأخير من شركة الشحن هو خارج عن سيطرتنا.

الإرجاع والاستبدال

نريدك أن تكون راضيًا عن مشترياتك! إذا كنت بحاجة إلى إرجاع أو استبدال منتج، يمكنك القيام بذلك خلال 14 يومًا من استلامه. يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم، وفي حالته الأصلية، ومع جميع العبوات سليمة. للأسف، لا يمكن إرجاع الطلبات المصممة حسب الطلب. يتحمل العميل رسوم شحن الإرجاع.
